Layout The entrance to the house is designed from the side and is protected from the weather by a small roof. In the entrance hall, there is a storage space and a toilet in which there is a boiler and a washing machine. Behind the entrance room is a corridor that divides the house into day and night zone. The kitchen itself provides a decent 5.5 meters long kitchen unit, within which is plenty of storage space. In addition, a pantry is accessible from the kitchen, where there is a lot of storage space in the form of shelves. The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen, the space is enhanced by a fireplace and illuminated by a large glass wall from the terrace. Between the living room and the kitchen there is a dining area with space for a table, around which there is enough room even in the event of a small family gathering. The entire living area has a raised ceiling with beams. To the right of the entrance, towards the street, there is a night zone of the house with three bedrooms and a private bathroom. The Master bedroom has space for a built-in wardrobe as well as a desk or dressing table. The other two bedrooms - children's rooms are accessible from the hallway opposite the Master bedroom. Both rooms have space for a built-in wardrobes. For a higher degree of privacy, it is possible to separate the night zone of the house from the living room by an individual door, which would prevent transmission of noise from the living room to children's rooms. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and is also designed for two sinks along with a toilet and storage space in the form of a tall cabinet. The house has plenty of storage space - in the entrance room there is a built-in wardrobe with a length of 2.7 m and in each room there is space for a built-in wardrobe. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a classic truss roof with raised ceiling in the living room. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of beige and white plaster. The roofing is ceramic of dark grey color, the windows are platic of anthracite color.
