Traditional country house in modern design that is suitable also for narrow sites from 12.25 m (clearance 2.0 m on both sides).
Layout The entrance to the house is designed from the side, which is the most practical solution for narrower sites. The roof overhang at the entrance door and the slight concave shape of the entrance protects against the weather. In the entry hall of the house there is a storage space in the form of a built-in wardrobe and a separate toilet is accessible from this space. The house is divided into a day and night zones, which are separated by a door. In the night zone of the house there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate technical room with laundry. The daytime zone of the house consists of a living room connected with kitchen and dining room. The kitchen and living room face the garden, which is joined to house by a spacious terrace covered with a roof extension. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster in combination with ceramic cladding imitating wood. The roofing is metallic of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
