O50 is a small energy-saving bungalow that is also suitable as a weekend house or chalet. It has living room, one bedroom and bathroom with toilet and storage. Entry hall consist of a corridor with storage space for clothes. Next to the entrance, there is a small storage room which can alternatively be used as a separate toilet (see alternative floor plan). The living room is connected with kitchen and dining area. The terrace is accessible from both rooms - the living room and bedroom. This house has low energy consumption for heating and has optimized building constructions. It is also very suitable for self-builders. This house is primarily intended for flat terrain.
