Layout Elegant yet simple bungalow, which is easy to build thanks to its well optimized design. This house meets the current strict low-energy standards and is even designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. Floor plan is strictly divided into day/public and night/private zones in such a way that these do not interfere with each other. The living room is connected with kitchen and dining room and these are further connected by a sliding door with a partly covered terrace overlooking the garden. You can choose from two variants of this plan - 3 bedrooms + garage or 4 bedrooms. The front bedroom can serve also as na office with a separate entrance from street. Technical information The walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house. Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a ceramic cladding of red color. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plasticof anthracite color.
Interior
The living room is equipped with a fireplace with storage space in the form of shelves and built-in cabinets. In the dining area, there is a folding table, which can serve for 8 persons during family events. We also designed space for a small bar counter with a seating for two people in the kitchen area. The colorful living room is designed in shades of light wood combined with white color, revived by a blue textile sofa with claret elements in the form of pillows, plates and bar stools. Warm colors and natural wood dominate in the garden-oriented bedroom.
