The house is suitable for narrow plots starting from 14.3 m (clear distance of 2.0 m and 3.5 m).
Layout The entrance is situated on the side of the house. The entry hall divides the house into the day and night zone. From the entry room, there is an access to the toilet, which also includes a space for washing machine and a boiler. The night zone of the house consists of three bedrooms with a bathroom. In each of the rooms we designed a practical space for the built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has plenty of space for a shower and a bathtub. The day zone of the house consists of a living room connected with a kitchen and a dining room. In the living room, there is a fireplace which is located in a place that is also visible from the dining table. The large kitchen storage area complements the storage area of pantry where you can easily put away everything you need. In the roof area, there is a storage space for seasonal things, accessible via the folding steps from the entry hall. This house is very suitable for simple self construction. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster in combination with beige stone cladding. The roofing is concrete of gray color, the windows are wooden of natural color.
