In accordance with the provision of our services, we work with some of your personal data. We are aware of the importance of their protection, so we process them responsibly and exclusively in accordance with the applicable legislation.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data in accordance with Article 19 of Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts.

I.
The data controller is the contractor of the project documentation listed in the Contract of work.

II.
The Contractor processes personal data on a contractual basis (works contracts) and on the basis of a statutory obligation (Accounting Act, Authorized Architects Act and other laws as required). Personal data are processed without the need for a specific consent and solely for the purpose of fulfilling the subject of the works contract or the rights of the contractor arising from the contract. Without the provision of personal data, the contractor can not provide his services because he has to identify the client in his activity and in some cases identify the ordering party on the documents resulting from the contractor's activity under the works contract.

III.
The Contractor processes the Client's identification data and contact details, in particular the name, surname, title, address of permanent residence, date of birth, email address, telephone number, lot number of building site or other property to which the customer has a legal relationship.

IV.
The Contractor processes personal data for the duration of the provision of services under this Agreement and for a maximum of 10 years after termination of the provision of services under the works contract, in particular due to the obligation to archive the drawings and due to the expiry of the limitation of the individual rights resulting from the works contract.

V.
Personal data may be provided to third parties, in particular state authorities, courts, district offices, land registers, accountancy companies, lawyers, subcontractors of individual project components, including printing services, as well as other persons acting on behalf of the contractor in dealing with matters under this contract.

VI.
Personal data are not provided to third countries.

VII.
The client has the right to access personal data, the right to correct personal data, the right to delete personal data and the right to restrict the processing of personal data.

The data protection supervisory authority is the Office of Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.uoou.sk
