Three terraced houses with a floor plan in the shape of a rectangle measuring approximately 10.0 x 15.5 m. The roof is designed as a flat with a large skylight in the stairwell. The composition of volume is designed as a simple volume, accentuated only by terraces and balconies. The volume of second floor is divided by stairway space wich is fuly glazed. Finish was proposed in two alternatives: the white silicate scratched plaster or Klinker bricks in red shades. Parking spaces are located in the double garage situated within the volume of houses. Windows are designed as insulating triple glazed with aluminum frames of anthracite colour.
