Throughout the house, there is a lot of storage space, either in the form of built-in cabinets or storage space in the attic of the house that is accessible through the folding stairs as well as large garden storage.

Layout
Bungalow O120G is the bigger brother of the popular O120 house, which offers additional spacious garage with garden storage. At the entrance, we designed space for a larger built-in wardrobe and a separate toilet. We designed the living room to be the heart of the house - in the middle of the floor plan with a practically placed fireplace, a dining table and access to a covered terrace through the sliding door. Kitchen is designed to have a good view of not only the living room, but also a garden and the street, while it is aesthetically slightly hidden behind the fireplace with the technical room. This will prevent your visitors from seeing your work disorder in the kitchen. For better lighting of the dining area, it is possible to add another window between the kitchen and the living room. The private zone of the house is made up of three bedrooms and a bathroom, which are separated from the rest of the house for greater privacy. Children's rooms are designed to have the same size so there is no disagreement between siblings :-) A small room that can be accessed from the master bedroom can serve as a wardrobe or master bathroom. Technical information
Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.

Architectural features
The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a stone cladding of beige color. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.

Interior

In the center of the living room, there is a fireplace with a designed storage space in the form of shelves and built-in cabinets. There is a large dining table for 8 people behind the sofa, and we designed a space for a smaller bar with a seating for two people in the kitchen. As for colors, the living room is designed in shades of natural wood combined with beige shades of sofa and a yellow color that revives the space.
