Layout The bungalow O115 has a practically designed floor plan. The floor plan of this house is designed in such a way that all the space is completely utilized while there is a lot of storage space at the same time. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. In the middle of the house there is a small storage room and a laundry room. In addition to these, each bedroom has a minimum of 2.5 meters long built-in wardrobe, and an additional walk-in wardrobe is located in the master bedroom. Another storage area for seasonal items is located in the attic of the house and is accessible by the folding steps in the entrance hall. Other features of this house include a covered terrace next to the living room, a fireplace visible from the dining area and living room of the house, and the kitchen is designed in such a way that you can see what is going on in front of the house and in the living room at the same time. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house. Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a wood cladding of light brown color. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
