This scheme tries to create the best possible conditions for living along quite busy main road. In the buildings along the road, there were designed smaller commercial spaces on street level with two floors of apartments above. The mass of these buildings keeps noise away from the quiet residential area of terraced houses. Individual houses and apartment buildings are separated by small park with playground.
