What do I get when I order Architectural study? Architectural study contains the following drawings only in digital form: floor plans of all floors, all elevations and two sections, room schedule, text description. In case you order architectural plans, they will be sent to you by email upon receiving the payment in full. The format is pdf and dwg files suitable for your local architect.
What do I get when I order Construction drawings? Construction drawings are detailed drawings of the house together with structural drawings, plumbing, electrical drawings and budget. Therefore the price is much higher than simple architectural drawings. Construction drawings will be sent to you in paper form (5 sets of printed drawings - shipping is included in the price) as well as in digital form (pdf files sent by email).
When will be my house plan ready? Architectural study is delivered via email immediately upon receiving the payment. Construction drawings are usually delivered within 10-20 working days after receipt of 30% deposit (charged from the total price of the house plan). If you order modifications of the house plan, delivery time may be extended according to the scope and complexity of ordered modifications. What are the options for my house plan delivery? Your house plan can be either picked up in person in our office in Bratislava, Slovakia (European Union), or we'll send it to you by mail to the specified address (shipping and handling fee is included in the price of the house plan).
How many times can I use my house plan? Each house plan is bound to your specific parcel number, so it can be used only for the construction of one family house.
Are you interested in individual design? Our architectural office is heavily engaged in design of individual houses, so we will gladly offer you these services. For further information see our section of individual designs.
What do I need to provide to get a building permit? Our house plans are drawn according to the standards of Slovak / Czech republic (European Union). Therefore it may be necessary to modify the plans by local architect according to requirements of the country where the house would be built.
