House plan O2-130 - View from garden
O2-130 is a modern two-storey, low-energy house of compact design. The extruded volume of staircase creates perfect shelter for the entrance to the house. In the entry hall we designed large storage space. The corridors are minimized throughout the house in order to minimze the unusable space as much as possible. The living room is connected with kitchen and dining room. There is also a toilet with utility room, which also serves as a washroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate toilet for greater comfort. We also designed a practical garden store that is accessible from the exterior. It is especially practical for home and garden maintenance.
