The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, near the entrance to the house, has its own dressing room and bathroom. The living room is connected with kitchen and dining room. Partially covered terrace is accessible from the two bedrooms as well as the living room. Glazed wall in the living room visually connects the interior with a garden. The entrance to the house is sheltered against weather conditions. This bungalow has optimized constructions and falls into the category of energy-efficient homes (category B). Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house. Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster and a brick cladding of grey red color. The roofing is concrete of dark red color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
