The house is suitable for most of the plots from width of 17.75 m, because there are no windows from rooms on the side facades (we consider a clear distance of 2.0 m on both sides). Apart from the mirroring, this bungalow can be rotated by 90°, making it virtually suitable for any site. This house is particularly suitable for corner plots.
Layout This bungalow can also be rotated by 90 degrees, in addition to mirroring, which makes it suitable for virtually any orientation. It is also suitable for corner lots. Its layout creates a protected, private space in the garden. The entrance is sheltered by roof overhang, which protects it from weather conditions. The windows all rooms are oriented to garden where there is a terrace accessible from the living room as well as from each bedroom. Corridor next to bedrooms can be used also as a large storage space. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster in combination with wood cladding. The roofing is concrete of red color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
