The rooms are oriented to the street and the living room with the patio is oriented to the garden, this way we have completely avoided the windows on the side facades. Thanks to this solution the house is suitable for sites with a minimum width of 14.7 m (clear distance of 2.0 m on both sides).
Layout Entrance to the house is sheltered by the roof overhang. In the entry hall, there is enough space for two built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is connected with dining room and living room. The living room is facing the terrace that is accessible through sliding doors. The l-shaped volume of the house creates privacy on the terrace. The house is suitable for plots with a minimum width of 14.7 meters (while keeping clear distance of 2m on both sides). There is an option to annex a garage to the house (the width of the house then increases to 18.6m. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster in combination with wood cladding. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
