Layout This two bedroom bungalow is very energy-efficient due to its compact shape. Its shape is accented by a typical roof which extends over the terrace as well as the entrance. Entrance is therefore somewhat protected from the weather conditions. The layout is divided into day and night zone (private). Night zone consists of two bedrooms with shared bathroom and day part includes a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. The living room is connected with the garden through the patio behind large sliding glass wall. This bungalow is suitable for plots with minimal width of 16.00 m (two meters clearance on both sides). This plan can be ordered also with garage and garden store. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster in combination with beige stone cladding. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
