Layout Three bedroom, energy efficient bungalow suitable for very narrow plots from 13.6 m. Entrance to the house is located at the side and the overhanging roof protects it from weather conditions. In the entry room we designed space for a built-in wardrobe. Next to it we located a toilet. The house has a separate private zone that can be easily separated by additional door. In this private zone you can find three bedrooms and one larger bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected into one larger space facing the screened terrace. With its floor to ceiling window frames, the terrace provides a seamless transition to the outdoors. We also offer this house plan without the covered patio along the house. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white and beige plaster in combination with wood. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are wooden of natural color.
