Layout This house offers a huge amount of storage space in the corridor that is backbone of the house. Entrance to the house is sheltered from the weather by a little canopy. Entry hall contains large storage space in the form of built-in wardrobe. The house is divided into public and private zones that can be easily divided by addition of door. The private zones contains two bedrooms and bathroom. Public zone consists of a living room combined with kitchen and dining room. All rooms face the garden and connect to it though sheltered patio. Technical information Walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, which can be easily switched for bricks during construction, if desired. The roof is a truss roof and we designed a storage space for seasonal items there. There is floor heating designed in the whole house.
Architectural features The house is designed as a combination of white plaster in combination with beige stone cladding. The roofing is concrete of grey color, the windows are plastic of anthracite color.
